Special Waterbody Regulations

• Motor Trolling is allowed with up to 3 hooks, baits, or lures, per angler.
• Catch and release fishing for largemouth and smallmouth bass is open year round unless otherwise noted.

• White perch: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: The daily bag limit is 0, one may be killed and possessed for transport to a wdnr office.
• Round goby: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: The daily bag limit is 0, one may be killed and possessed for transport to a wdnr office.
• Ruffe: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: The daily bag limit is 0, one may be killed and possessed for transport to a wdnr office.
• Bullheads: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: No minimum length limit and the daily bag limit is unlimited, this waterbody is closed to hook and line fishing outside of trout season.
• Shovelnose sturgeon: Closed: No fishing allowed.
• Panfish: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: No minimum length limit and the daily bag limit is 25, this waterbody is closed to hook and line fishing outside of trout season.

• Cisco and whitefish: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: No minimum length limit and the daily bag limit is 10, this waterbody is closed to hook and line fishing outside of trout season.
• Lake sturgeon: Closed: No fishing allowed.
• Paddlefish: Closed: No fishing allowed.
• Catfish: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: No minimum length limit and the daily bag limit is 10, this waterbody is closed to hook and line fishing outside of trout season.
• Rock, yellow, and white bass: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: No minimum length limit and the daily bag limit is unlimited, this waterbody is closed to hook and line fishing outside of trout season.
• Walleye, sauger, and hybrids: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: The minimum length limit is 15” and the daily bag limit is 3.
• Rough fish: May 4, 2024 to October 15, 2024: No minimum length limit and the daily bag limit is unlimited, this waterbody is closed to hook and line fishing outside of trout season.
