Main Entrance / Environmental Center

Trail Overview

This is the entrance to the park. You will go through a gate to enter, and park on the designated parking spots on the left or right side of the road before you walk into the main building to sign the waiver and register you and your vehicle. There are restrooms, as well as showers, ($3 fee for shower) at this center. There is also a very well-stocked shop with gear and parts. The cabins are located behind the welcome center, as well as the full hook-up campground. There are also more restrooms near the campground. The gate at the main entrance closes at night and has a motion sensor when you go to leave to let you out.

This was a paved road that is laid out well and not very confusing in order to get around and checked in.
