Trail Overview
This trail has gorgeous overlooks down to the east fork of the Virgin river, views of West Temple Mesa, and the skyline of Zion National Park. There are a couple of spots that are notoriously muddy in the spring, having a friend, or a winch along is advised for that. Other than the mud, there are no major obstacles on this trail. There are several sections of this trail with substantial amounts of cryptobiotic soil, please enjoy them while staying on the trail, as it takes many years to repair damage to this living soil.

Difficulty
Most of the trail is just scenic, but there are spots of steep, and off-camber spots, as well as loose sand spots. A few patches of deep ruts when dry, and potentially deep mud when wet.
