Trail Overview
Trout Creek Connection is a short ATV trail near the south end of the Rampart Range Recreation Area that connects Trout Creek Trail to Jackson Creek South Road. The beginning is easy to miss as it comes off of Trout Creek. This is a quick connection trail that isn't very hard but goes through a scenic pine tree forest full of giant granite boulders. It has lots of big curves and tight turns as it meanders along the side of a hill. It's two-track width on a dirt trail. There is one spot that is a huge flat rock slab face that you ride over that makes it more interesting but isn't difficult.
