Trail Overview
This easy, wide, well-maintained dirt trail connects Rainbow Point and the Rainbow Point campground to Hegben Lake and the first-day use areas on the lake. It's a nice trail through the trees with some washboard sections from heavy use. Rainbow Point has a large camping area, a boat launch, and day use for those who want to check out Grayling Arm. The trail does cross the main road at one point, so stop and watch for traffic. Signs at different parts of the lake advise of Toxic algae. They caution not to swim in areas where you spot any or let animals drink from those areas. 2+ bars LTE.
