Trail Overview
WP Connector Trail is an offroad connector trail that binds Wildlife Project Trail and N 23-1/2 Trail together. WP stands for Wildlife Project. For more information, see that trail description. Located within the Cadillac Forest Management Unit, this is a beautiful, short connecting trail. This trail does have a spur trail that is access to private property. Please be respectful of the local property owners and take good care of these trails. There are a few dispersed campsites along the trail. If you plan on camping off this trail, please tread lightly and seek more information at the local DNR Office/Ranger Station before camping here. Most of the trail consists of sand and dirt. Like most Michigan trails, conditions are dependent on the weather. Recent rainfall can cause downed trees, washouts, and mud holes. Regardless of the conditions, this is a great trail with other trails nearby!
