Trail Overview
Bolean Lake Road can be accessed from HWY 97 near Falkland, BC. The road starts paved through some ranch properties but turns into a dirt road that climbs very quickly in elevation with a series of switchbacks along the way. Generally, the road will accommodate 2 vehicles side by side but there are some narrow spots along the way that are on the side of some steep terrain. The road takes you all the way to Bolean Lake where there is a fishing lodge that can be rented or you can set up camp at the rec site along side of the lake.
