This looks like it is a series of new fire roads that were created to help battle the 2021 White Lake Fire that destroy so many homes and over 80,000 hectares of forest. The terrain is soft silt sand and is active with forestry as they deal with the remains of the devastating fire. Fall 2023 will be a tons of slash burning - piles are there ready to go. There could be some epic view camping locations once this area starts to grow back.

Mostly silty sandy type terrain. I would think it could get pretty mucky in the fall or during spring melt.
