Trail Overview
Whatshan Road starts off the main Highway 6 and will take you up the southwest side of the road to a recreational campground. It is a large lake well known for recreational activities with boating, fishing, and camping. The road is well maintained and easily accessed by all vehicles. There is an awesome swim spot called the Hippy Hole. It's a small deep hole surrounded by rocks with a ladder to climb out of it after jumping in to cool down.
