Trail Overview

Starting the trail at St Mary's Lake taking the Hellroaing Creek FSR, the road become very rocky and rutted. There are a few avalanche and slide sections as you go around St Mary's Lake so watch for fallen rocks and sections of road missing. Turning onto Meachen Creek FSR and following this rocky road for approximately 18km turning left at the "Rec Site" sign. The last 2km section is very narrow and rocky. A high-clearance vehicle is recommended. Along the way, you can stop off at Meachen Creek Waterfall which is approximately 9km on the right of the trail.
