Trail Overview
Only 5 seconds into the trail and you will find yourself on uneven roads and a steep incline. It begins on USFS Road 217 and continues all the way up until it connects with the nearby Bunce School Road. Cave Creek is full of plenty of uneven ruts and steep inclines to stretch the legs of your rig. A vehicle with decent ground clearance and good traction is necessary, but an ATV would also be a good alternative for this trail. There are a few good overlooks on the way up and quite a few pull-offs for camping or to turn around. Very little snow in mid-April.

Difficulty
I would not trust your typical sedan or even cross over but, a higher clearance vehicle such as a Jeep or even an Xterra would likely do okay.
