Naneum Ridge State Forest Day Trip

Trail Overview

This length of the trail was primarily dirt and gravel, however, there were multiple sections of slushy snow remaining on the main trails. Directly on the main train was a snow block that was deemed not passable for stock or mildly modified vehicles. Heavily modified vehicles were able to make their way through after getting stuck multiple times. Heading up to Colockum involved deep offset ruts that were easy to navigate.

Difficulty

Sections of this trail may be classified a level 4, however the majority of the trail was dirt and gravel with deep offset ruts. One small water crossing with a depth of a couple inches. The difficult section was the heavy snow section which my vehicle was unable to pass.
