Trail Overview
Mountain Dew is the sister trail to Still Hill but with much better manners. This trail still has the same soil characteristics as its counterpart, but the rock ledges give you better platforms to hold the brakes and change direction rather than pick a line that you have one shot to commit to. Mountain Dew also curves more than Still Hill which can put you at a higher risk of rolling.

Difficulty
Mountain Dew has near vertical grades in the middle of the trail, but the grade will stop and flatten out at the top of each ledge for a place to rest a tire. The approach angle to this trail can be the most difficult part, as there is a large rock shelf to attempt to get the front tires started on.
History
This trail's name was based around the Whisky Still found in the area where moonshine was produced.
