Trail Overview

Puddle Place Loop is one of the few longer trails that Morris Mountain ORV Park has to offer. This trail features two deep mud holes at the beginning and the end, with an abundance of slick red clay everywhere in between. Whether you start at the beginning or the end, both directions are the same style route--rutted uphill climbs with an easier downhill exit. If you start on the far outside edge, it will be a harder route due to off-camber, deep ruts with root stubs sticking out of the clay walls. Once closer to the top, pine leaves blanket the trail before you descend to the easier direction of travel. When wet, this trail will be significantly harder than when dry.
