Trail Overview
Burnt Mill is mainly dirt with potential for rocks and downed trees. This trail is very easy for the most part but expects pinstripes. The first half of the trail is wide and flat. The second half gets tight from the overgrown brush that will scrape both sides of the vehicle with no bypass. There are slight inclines, but 2WD stock vehicles will complete this trail with no issues during most of the year. During wet or snowy seasons, this trail can become slick and 4WD would be recommended. Cell service is good throughout the trail. After the second half of the trail, it is private property. It is recommended to turn back at that point or go straight to Sawpit Connector at the halfway point to make a longer loop.
