Trail Overview
This trail will provide a great scenic view of the desert for everyone, from beginners to experienced off-roaders. You will begin the trail just off Highway 247 at Mikasa Road. This will lead you up towards the trailhead. Once you enter, follow the trail towards Bodick Road. Make a right on Bodick and follow that towards Giant Rock. Once you arrive, this is a great place for a group photo or to grab a snack before setting off on the trail. This next section will lead you along the base of the mountain range, through some fast sandy sections. If you like to go fast in the open desert, this is your opportunity. This section will lead you through some sand dunes and back out onto the Means dry lakebed.
