Hall Valley Roa, also known as Park County 60 is a semi-maintained dirt and gravel road entering the Pike San Isabel National Forest allowing access to the challenging Red Cone Peak, or the narrow Hand Cart Gulch Road and Webster Pass, leading to Webster Pass, Radical Hill and Summit County and the White River National Forest. It is street-legal only but ends at a staging area where OHVs are allowed on the HandCart section. The National Forest Handcart campground and a few dispersed camping options are available, as well as more camping after it becomes Handcart Gulch Road.
