You will definitely want to check out Empire Hilton cabin along the route of this trail. It is first come, first serve, so get there early if you want to use it. Be respectful and pack out trash. The route begins as a country road that passes through private property. Open all year.

This trail has gotten more difficult in my opinion. Many rock sections have gotten deeper ruts and dug out where tires hang up and spin. Very narrow through many trees that show the scars of other vehicles scraping them. It is fun, it is slow going. There aren't a lot of stock vehicles that can do this trail, be prepared. Fall colors were quite excellent in regions of the trail.

Definitely would not consider this a "Full Width 6"... high clearance 6 at the least. Definitely more of a 7, I'd consider "Radical Hill" an easier Trail.

The wife and I had some high anxiety moments. New rubicon did us right but not after a few boulder dings to break her in. The rock guard running boards are on point. It’s a solid 7, and if this trail is a 6 we are pansies. Turned around right before the loop but a very aggressive trail.
