Trail Overview

Come take a ride through Georgia's amazing forest. Buffalo Swamp is a wet and muddy ride. It has some tight trails and some deep water crossings. The sugar sand and water will test your rig. Amazing views and wildlife will have you stopping for some amazing pictures.

Difficulty

The water holes can be deep combined with the sugar sand will be a challenge. Some of the trails are tight so you may experience some scratches. There are some trails that are not very wide so tread lightly.

very pleasant drive, with only one iffy spot. forestry seems to have come thru recently and improved the road. Overall an easy drive.

Still some snow on the trail. Loads of mud and dome great water obstacles just off the main trail. Absolute blast. Trailer took a little over 1.5 hours to go down and back at around 15 mph. Totally recommend for anyone with even a little experience.

Access Description

Getting to the trails is very easy and there is a few entrances and exits. Just follow the road signs for the swamp.
