Trail Overview
Ames Ridge NRT is a fast and flowy 4-mile-long trail that side-hills through a pine forest. It feels like a classic mountain bike trail, being smooth and a bit easier, with gradual climbs, no obstacles, and wide switchbacks. It's fast, with little rollers you can flow through, and also going through tree hollers. It connects Big Creek single track to the Dam Creek ATV trail. It could be used as an easy bailout from Big Creek. There's a big reroute on the west end that takes you around part of Ames Creek.
