Trail Overview
This is a fun and scenic route off of Thompson Pass Road in Montana that ends at Burke, Idaho, which is a very cool abandoned mining town with a lot of history. The road is narrow with quite a few switchbacks and great views. At the very top of the pass and at 5,811 feet, there is also a dirt bike legal single-track route going both directions. This route is generally not passable until early to mid-June due to large snow drifts and ice.

Difficulty
Overall this road is very easy and can be done in a 2WD vehicle with decent clearance, although the Idaho side is a bit rough with some exposed rock in places and can get very dusty in the summer months.
