Trail Overview

Fixer Road is another section of the Daniel Boone Backwood Byway. This trail has a creek crossing, a creek bed section and some mud. It is very scenic and ties in with a few other trails in the area. You will see oil wells on the sides of the trail.

With the exception of some moderate ruts and rocks in the first quarter mile, this was a nice easy trail on the way to New Virginia Rd. A great starter trail.

Trail is moderately muddy and rutted, but overall was pretty easy to handle, was able to complete this in a stock 1st gen Tundra on street tires. There are some spots that have some pretty deep ruts, but there are bypasses if need be. There was also a water crossing about midway that was about a foot deep.
