Trail Overview
North Shore Drive travels along the northeast side of Corny Lake. This is a gravel road with a few potholes but maintained and car passable. This route ends at Corney Lake Dam and a primitive camping area. There are fishing opportunities and a pit toilet along this route. The Corney Lake Unit includes the Corney Lake Recreation Area which is a beautiful 2,300-acre reservoir that has become a very popular fishing and waterfowl hunters destination. Facilities are included on both sides of the lake with the south shore offering more modern fixtures. Also included in the Corney Lake Unit is a hunter camp which is located just northwest of the Corney Lake Complex.
