Trail Overview
Allegan Bend Trail is an easy, fun off-road trail for beginners. Located off Lincoln Road and Straight Shot Trail (130th Avenue), this route is easily accessible. This trail is typically easy with nothing technical. Most of the trail is a combination of sand and dirt and weaves through a beautiful forest with great fall foliage. Like most Michigan trails, conditions are dependent on the weather. Recent rainfall can cause mud/water holes that can get rutted out quickly. There are a few specific rutted-out mud holes that can get very deep, but there is plenty of room to navigate around these spots. Most of this trail is only wide enough for 1 vehicle with limited places to pass. Regardless of the conditions, this is a fun trail!
