Trail Overview

Tight Quarters Trail is a short spur trail off FS 5314. Just because it's short doesn't mean it should be overlooked. It is much harder than all other trails in the area. Several spots are off-camber and have large tree roots that must be crossed. One of the deepest mud holes has a bypass. The bypass is very tight and difficult to traverse in a full-size vehicle, hence the name of the trail.

Difficulty

On the east end of the trail there is a difficult hill with a tree root that may cause issues for stock ride height vehicles. Also a deep mud pit exceeding a foot deep with recent rainfall. There is a bypass, however that itself can be difficult to due mud and width narrowed by trees. It may not be accessible with full sized vehicles.
