Trail Overview
This is a short dirt bike trail in the Pipestone OHV area. The north end starts off of Ringing Rocks Road and comes to a gate. It starts as a bumpy wide track below pine trees, but has embedded boulders and roots. It's goes through a high desert/low alpine terrain that is a wide open forest with scattered pine trees. There are off-camber shelfier sections of trail and it narrows up a bit, then comes up to some rockier climbs. There are a couple short steep climbs that are looser and rockier, but they are still pretty easy. The trail comes to a new kind of terrain full of giant boulders. There is a moderate rock obstacle where you have to go up and between a couple boulders that are a pinch point and grab your pegs. It goes over some flat boulders and down another 1 foot ledge. It's cool riding next to huge granite boulders. The rest of the trail has lots of curves through the pines and sage brush on a whooped trail.
