Trail Overview

This connector trail is fairly short but it is a neat way to jump onto Gibbons Pass Road from the bottom of Lost Trail Pass. This trail is one full-size vehicle wide in most spots but it does narrow down to more of a SxS width around a couple bends. This trail is mostly dirt so it is actually pretty smooth besides the occasional potholes. You will be heading up in elevation for a bit and then back down but it is a very gradual slope both ways. This is a very ideal trail for a SxS or anything more narrow, however, you could still take a full-width vehicle.

Difficulty

This trail is very easy with a gradual slope, no obstacles, and a dirt surface with few potholes. The only reason for a 2 rating rather than a 1 is that the width of the trail is only one full-size vehicle wide for the most part.

Access Description

This trail is easy to find from Highway 93. It is almost exactly where Highway 93 starts to go up in elevation at the bottom of Lost Trail Pass on the east side of the road. The trail starts going through a fence with a cattle guard and there are no signs marking this trail.
