Trail Overview
This trail starts near the end of Sleeping Child Road near the hot springs and ends at the northern part of Skalkaho Rye Road. It is a great afternoon ride or drive and is close to Hamilton. This trail is perfect for 4x4, SxS, ATV, and dirt bikes. This trail is wide enough for a full-size vehicle but that is about it. Passing other vehicles can be a little bit tricky on this trail. There are a handful of pullouts where you can pass someone, but don't expect to always be able to pass another vehicle. The good news is that there isn't much traffic on this trail. The surface condition is pretty rocky, but there aren't any rocks that would be an issue to clear in a lower-clearance vehicle. Having a spare tire or tire repair kit for this adventure would be a good idea. Towards the end of the trail about a quarter mile from Skalkaho Rye Road, there is a big dug-out gravel area that is pretty hidden that would make for a good camping spot.

Difficulty
The trail is mostly one vehicle wide and can get pretty rocky with smaller rocks. Otherwise, it's a pretty mellow trail.
