Trail Overview
This trail begins as a less-traveled adventurous two-track. It would be best suited for small 4x4's ATV/UTV or Moto. The trail is a combination of loose rock, sand, and rocks. It's twisty in sections running through narrow sections lined with juniper trees. There are great views of the rocky hills as the trail pops out of the juniper sections. The trail links up with a larger main trail named West Cave Valley Rd. This is a well-maintained gravel road. Once on West Cave Valley Rd, the trail twists through some hills and interesting rounds boulders before opening up to a large open valley surrounded by mountains and an old dry lake bed in the middle. There are lots of side trails leading to camping off this trail once it opens to the dry lake bed area. Possible camping can be found closer to the lakebed itself.
