Trail Overview
Very narrow dirt trail in a heavily forested area. Not recommended for larger or full-size vehicles, the trees are very overgrown, except pinstriping. There were some low-hanging trees and one across the trail. Bring equipment to clear trees and branches. Both legs of the trail end at small open clearings that could be used for dispersed camping. Neither spot has a view of Mt.Hood and is only large enough for 2 maybe 3 vehicles. Pack it in pack it out applies to this area, one of the offshoots had trash, and waste was not buried properly. The very beginning of the trail has a pit toilet and at least one official campsite with a picnic bench and metal fire ring.
