Trail Overview
This route travels north/south on the beach between two different entrances. The north entrance is easier terrain and right off the road, but the sand can be softer and may be easier to get stuck in. The south entrance is a single-lane road with many large rocks that may be more challenging to drive over. Access to the south entrance is not available during high tide from the north half of the beach. Wet and dry sand are both present to drive on; 4x4 is recommended, especially in the dry sand. This is open to street-legal vehicles only and signs will mark where vehicle access areas end. This route is the north half of a total of around two miles of drivable beach for this section.
