Trail Overview
6301 is a SXS trail for vehicles 62" or less. The south end starts on the north side of Highway 44, at a dirt turn-off from the highway. This is a great way for dirt bikers to access the single tracks in the Bogus Trail system, or SXS drivers to access the many forest service roads and SXS trails to explore in the area. It has easy grades as it goes north for 1.8 miles until it ends on 448.1E. It gradually goes uphill and then back down. It's mostly hard-packed dirt with loose gravel and rocks, and sometimes loose bigger rocks. It's very easy and wide with nothing difficult. The hardest parts are sections of uneven surfaces with shallow ruts. It's a very simple trail, going along powerlines and over the rolling hills.
