Trail Overview
This is a combination of gravel and dirt. It starts in the Jacobs Creek area and travels through the Cherokee National Forest from Tennessee into Virginia. There are a few camping locations along the way, including one beside the creek on the lower section. This is suitable for most AWD and all 4WD vehicles under all but the worst weather conditions. There are many points of interest along the route as well as the surrounding areas.

Difficulty will vary with weather conditions. During normal weather, the trail is easily traveled by any AWD or 4WD and most higher-sitting 2WD vehicles. During periods of inclement weather, use your best judgment, as this area has the potential for large amounts of rain and snow.
