Trail Overview
Jennings Creek Road travels along the border of Cherokee National Forest between the Horse Creek Recreation Area and the Old Forge NF Campground. The campground has walk-in sites with a parking lot only 10 to 25 yards from most of the sites. Pit toilets are also available at the campground. The road is gravel and wide enough for two vehicles to pass along the entire route. The road has some rocks and potholes so airing down from street pressure is advisable. There are also several hiking and mountain biking trails accessible along the road or at each terminus. Cell service is available in most of the area.
