Access Description

The Butler Wash/Brushy Basin area is off of Highway 95 west of Blanding, Utah. There's an extensive network of dirt roads to explore off of South Elks Road that is used for camping, OHV use, and hunting access. This area is less frequently trafficked on a mix of BLM and Utah State Trust Land. It's a high desert terrain that can see extreme heat in the summer and snow in the winter, so it is best in fall and spring.
