Trail Overview
This trail takes you to a cell tower that provides a beautiful view of the valley and the northern rim of the Great Salt Lake. Begin at the Devil's Playground trailhead. After 1.1 miles, take the left turn at the fork heading west. The trail is a single track wide enough for only one full-sized vehicle. This could be very problematic, as there are very few pull-off points due to very steep grades on either side of the trail. This trail begins as a well-graded dirt road that progresses to a softball-sized gravel road, making travel very bumpy. At the top, there is room to park about 5-6 vehicles. Plan accordingly to avoid making a hard turnaround on the narrow part of the trail. The towers are fenced off and should not be accessed. The difficulty of this trail is a 4 to 5 due to the extreme jostling from the gravel road and the steep drop-offs and inclines on either side of the trail.
