Trail Overview
This is a scenic route from Interstate 70 that heads south along Shingle Creek on Forest Service 114. The views along this road are great as it climbs through previously burned areas. There is an abundance of livestock and wildlife, sage hens, deer, and elk. There is dispersed camping from below the Interstate to the top hiking trail.
