Trail Overview

This adventure ends with a spectacular set of hoodoos. Hoodoos are thin columns of sandstone with a larger rock on the top. The rock acts like a hard hat for the softer stone underneath. Interesting shapes and structures that are made through various erosion processes of the softer underneath stone make these a wonder to experience. Please be careful and do not approach the actual structures, as they may be damaged. This is an easy trail with close side brush on a windy route, challenging the driver to keep from scraping their vehicle. It's definitely worth the time.

Difficulty

This is an easy trail that is windy and has close trees and brush that will challenge wider vehicles to remain scratch-free. When rain has occurred, there are areas that will be muddy. You will also be traveling through some private land, clearly marked, so be respectful of that.
