Trail Overview
Long Hollow is a 7.3-mile-long ATV trail in the Uinta National Forest southeast of Provo, Utah. It connects to several other ATV trails in the area, including Teat Mountain, making for a fun day ride on quads. The south entrance is accessed from Long Hollow Road, which is a steep dirt turn-off from Highway 6 with a small staging area near the highway. It can also be accessed about halfway through the trail from the Monk Hollow Connector ATV trail. The trail seems lightly trafficked, with lots of grassy overgrowth, and goes underneath tunnels of tree branches for part of it. There are embedded boulders in the two-track that make for a bumpy ride that would be rough and off-camber for ATVs, but easier for dirt bikes. It climbs up from the hollow onto the mountaintop, goes through more valleys, and then back into more tree hollows. There are some steeper climbs and descents and really great views of the surrounding mountains.

Difficulty
This trail is rated 4 for ATVs and 3 for dirt bikes, since the rockier steeper sections would be harder on an ATV.
