Trail Overview
This is an easy out-and-back trail that's 4.6 miles in each direction. The trail is mainly dirt pack and while there are spots to pass others, they are limited. The trail has minor washouts and ruts and there is some minor overgrowth that may cause pinstriping. The washouts and ruts will fill with water and mud in the rainy season. The trail winds through deep forest areas and opens up in several spots to reveal gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. There are a few spots to disperse camp along the trail. Downed trees are possible along with branches that will protrude into the trail and/or be overhanging so a chainsaw might be needed. The end of the trail offers a wide enough area to comfortably turn around.
