Trail Overview
This typical forest road extends even longer than this recording. If you are attempting to take a forest road that runs parallel to 385, this forest road connects the bulk of the trails on the east side of Highway 385 near Merritt. The end of this forest road is connected to a nearby paved parking lot which would be helpful for parking a trailer, airing up and down, or miscellaneous trail stops. The bulk of the road appears to be more dirt than gravel and there were some washouts but some areas almost appeared maintained. I don't think most vehicles will have issues but after rain, you may want better than highway tires to prevent sliding around.
