Trail Overview
This short route takes you through south-central Idaho's interesting and diverse lava flow region. When you begin to near the City of Rocks formations and canyons the trail becomes rugged, rocky, and rutted leading to the difficulty rating. This trail can be linked to many others in the area. There is dispersed camping near the City of Rock.

Rocky climbs, loose sand, narrow trails and and overal rugged exit as you near the City of Rocks leads to this trails difficulty rating. A stock 4x4 should be able to handle this trail, but wouldn't recommend anything without high clearance, 4 wheel drive, and chunky tires.
