Trail Overview
Antelope-Honeymoon Trail Central covers the segment of the Antelope Trail connecting the Antelope-Honeymoon Trail (North) and (East). This is a fairly well-maintained two-lane road. The three sections combined extend from the Navajo Trail on the south end and Highway 59 on the north end. The terrain crosses the Kanab Plateau which is covered with private ranches and BLM maintain lands. The road is generally well maintained with some rutted sections where it turned muddy during past precipitation. Views of Little Creek Mesa to the east and Gooseberry Mesa to the north can be seen from this trail. This is a primitive trail and there are no services on the plateau and cell phone coverage is limited to areas closer to Highway 59.
