Trail Overview

This is a 4.3-mile-long segment of the Crystal Geyser Jeep route that is designated for full-width vehicles. It goes north to south through the recreation area south of Green River, Utah. It goes south off of the main Crystal Geyser Road 150, which goes to the actual geyser that sits on the Green River, so it's a fun road to explore after visiting the geyser. A lot of it is easy wide dirt road, with uneven ground and some ruts and dips, but a couple sections are steeper and rockier. There are several dips and wash crossings that you would want high clearance for. There are also rockier sections with embedded slabs of rock. There is a steeper section that climbs up to go around a telephone pole. This section is a bit shelfy with loose rocks in the road as well. A couple of sections are slightly off-camber with a few small ledges around 6 inches tall. It follows the powerline most of the way and goes through a pretty scenic area with lots of cliffs and bluffs to look at.
