Trail Overview
This is a side trail from Beaver Creek (FS 123). The trail follows a small stream back into the woods going up in elevation. It offers lots of dispersed camping opportunities which are accessible with a small offroad trailer. Camping spots follow the stream, with large areas that can hold upwards of 5 vehicles and also smaller sites with more privacy. The trail ends after 1.5 miles where the Forest Service closed down the back areas for re-growth. There are lots of hiking opportunities and close access to the Colorado Trail. In addition, there is good brook trout fishing in the beaver ponds. Be on the lookout for moose.
