Cowboy Camp Road provides access to Deep Lake. There are good areas near the lake for primitive tent camping. The road is unmaintained and can be difficult to traverse in inclement weather.

Very rocky, rutted and off-camber trail with erosion, loose rocks, and obstacles up to 1.5 feet tall, including small washes across the road, and short, steep grades. Can be very slick and difficult in inclement weather.
