Trail Overview
Brown Creek/Downy Creek (207) is a narrow road that follows Brown Creek into the Coeur d'Alene national forest with multiple other trails to choose from at the north end. This road is not regularly maintained and may have snow into May. You'll encounter several large potholes and washouts along the way; ground clearance is more important than 4WD on this road.

Difficulty
This road is narrow but fairly straight and not too steep. It's basically an entrance to the forest from a main road and while it has many deep potholes that would stop a sedan, it won't require 4WD in summer and fall.
