Trail Overview
Though this section of trail is short, it presents a steep and challenging ascent and descent, with deep ruts and loose rocks throughout. Entering from the high side, you'll pass through a gate and cross a brief stretch of deep, powdery sand before the real challenge begins. The climb is relentless, starting steep and becoming even steeper as you go, with each crest revealing yet another incline. Just when you think you've reached the top, you'll push further until you arrive at the antenna and small structure marking the summit. From there, it's all downhill as you descend toward the highway leading to Ejido Erendira.

Difficulty
The trail features several steep ascents with deep powder and sharp rocks, requiring high clearance to navigate certain climbs. In areas where the shelf road narrows, you're forced to stay within deep ruts, leaving little room for error. It's essential to air down your tires and proceed cautiously, as sharp rocks pose a risk of tire damage along the way.
