Trail Overview

This trail offers a graded dirt road akin to those found on BLM land in the USA, making it accessible to any high-clearance 2WD vehicle. Surprisingly, the desert vegetation and scenery along the route are breathtaking for most of the journey. There's a gradual elevation gain from Mike's Road, and upon cresting the hill, you'll be treated to numerous stunning rock formations and panoramic views. Desert flora and the aroma in the air will surely leave you craving more. The final stretch of the trail is less populated, passing by sparse tomato and pepper farms before reaching Mexican Highway 3 in Valle de Trinidad.
