Trail Overview
This route is a little difficult depending on the time of year. You can typically expect landslides and narrow stretches that require 4x4. The spectacular views of the ancient trees and waterfalls transport you to a jungle world. Upon exiting the volcano, you will find walls with many impressive landslides. After arriving at the volcano's Piston Pass, you'll find various places where you can camp and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Go prepared; temperatures get below zero at night. Campfires are not recommended!
